I am Monica Palmer. I am a hybrid stylist specializing in color, highlights, balayage, scissor and clipper cuts as well as makeup. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2006. My passion for hair stemmed from joining my mother at Jazmine Beauty and watching her work her magic. I loved seeing the transformations and the happiness that came from a new style, color and cut. I stay current on industry trends by taking in person classes with industry leaders as well as online programs.
